Hmm, something worrying with the Google index. I started unloadr.com and posted about 5-8 pages with different experiments, such as using prototype and scriptaculous for slideshows. I blogged about these experiments here. All of these pages were dully indexed by the Googlebot. Then I added the Huge Porn Archive which is quite a few pages (182 actually). when I checked my what’s in G, using the site:unloadr.com search string, I noticed that about 50 pages were indexed. OK, I said, it just needs time. But then I checked a few days ago, and there were only 4 pages indexed, then today they are only 2, one of each is the actual domain name unloadr.com. Weird. Maybe G didn’t like my Huge Porn Archive. But I don’t understand why, since it’s content, the only think I can think of is that it’s basically a small TGP that links to other sites. But c’mon, since when G should punish pages that contain links to other sites. D@#$! I’ll keep an eye on this thing, but it looks weird to me.
